24 Hour OFF DUTY Accident Coverage

Scope of Coverage: Twenty-Four (24) hours a day, anywhere in the world, while Off Duty.

BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS:

Accidental Death and Dismemberment: Pays a principal sum of up to $1,000,000
Spouse Training Expense:
Paralysis: 200% of principal sum
Seat Belt Benefit: Up to an additional 30% of the principal sum
Bereavement Benefit:

Child Care Benefit:$20,000 for day care for each dependent child
Education Benefit:$20,000 for post secondary education for each dependent child
Parent Care Benefit: Up to $40,000 for Dependent Parents
Identification Benefit:For family member to travel to identify the deceased
Repatriation Benefit: To $10,000 to prepare and return the deceased’s body
Spouse Training:
Brain Damage Benefit: 100% of the Principal Sum

Total Weekly Disability Benefit for Injury: Up to $1,000 for up to 2 Years, following 7 day wait
Minimum Benefit: $100.00 per week for 13 weeks if not employed
